Throughout our careers we’ve seen the impact data and analytics can have on business performance, primarily in the marketing technology and investment analytics industries. We have also hired at high volumes as we’ve scaled our teams over the years.
As we hired for our own teams, it always felt as though there was a big gap between the solutions we offered our clients and the tools we had to execute our own recruiting process. Recruiting was ponderous, labor-intensive, unpredictable, and expensive.
We wanted to solve that pain, for ourselves and for hiring managers everywhere. So we set out to leverage the best practices from our backgrounds to build recruiting solutions that, at their core, help increase the efficiency, predictability, and speed of the recruiting process. In other words, the tools that we wanted to use when we were scaling our own teams.
